The DECD Parent Complaint policy has been developed to manage concerns and complaints made by parents / caregivers regarding their child’s education. The process indicates that the first point of contact for parents should be the child’s school, a process we readily endorse at Christies Beach High School.

As a school we believe that the education of the child is a shared responsibility between the family and the school and requires a relationship based on mutual respect and trust. In the event of a grievance we ask that families follow the process outlined below to seek a resolution to their concern.
